How To Prepare Ceremonial Matcha
Step-by-Step illustration on how to traditionally brew our ceremonial-grade Matcha

Step 1
Scoop into bowl
Using your chasaku, place one chasaku spoon of Matcha into your bowl
Step 2
Break Powder
Press whisk down on Matcha to break up powder
Step 3
Add pre-boiling water
Add a bit of pre-boiling water (175°F ideal)
Step 4
Whisk it !
Briskly whisk in an M or W motion to aerate until a creamy froth forms on top
Step 5
Adjust, Relax & Enjoy !
Add water to adjust proportions to taste. Your Ceremonial Matcha is ready, enjoy !
