Shipping & Returns

We stand behind our products. We offer a 30 days money back guarantee. If you're not 100% happy with our products within 30 days of receiving them, we'll reimburse or exchange, no questions asked.

Shipping & Delivery
We're based in NYC but we ship worldwide !
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Most of the time we will ship your order within 1 business day but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
For the cheapest shipping option (USPS), shipping time within the US is usually between 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time outside of the United states is usually between 7 to 20 business days depending on the countries.
Shipping fee will depend on your cart and location. You will have a shipping price at checkout.
Returns for refund or store credit

If you are not happy with our products, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase. We will fully refund you or exchange your product for free. If the product is unopened, we will ask you to return it and will provide a free return label (if in the US). If opened, we might also ask you to return the products for quality control and will provide a free return label.
