Try our Matcha Cupakes


• 1.5 cup plain flour • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda
• 1+ 1/3 tbsp Culinary Matcha • 3 tbsp hot water • 1/2 cup caster sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla bean extract • 2 tbsp peanut butter • 4 tbsp brown sugar
• 1.5 cup almond milk • 3 tbsp melted butter • chocolate chips ( or just chop up some chocolate)

Pre heat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Add the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, caster sugar and brown sugar into a mixing bowl. Mix. In a small bowl, add in the green tea powder with hot water and whisk it until there are no lumps. In a bowl, mix together almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract and melted vegan butter. Sift in the green tea mix from to ensure no lumps. Mix until well combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients (mixture combine). And give it a good stir. Add more almond milk if too thick. Then add in the chopped up chocolate or chocolate chips.In a lined cupcake tin. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 mins. Leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.
