Try our Oats, Chia & Goji super healthy bowl


Ingredients for 1 bowl:

  • 1 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Goji Berries
  • 2 tbsp  Chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 tsp Goji Bery Powder.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spread the oats across a baking tray and toast for 10-15 minutes, until lightly golden. If you wish you can toast the nuts as well. Remove from oven and let cool. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Enjoy with your favorite plant based milk and toppings!
