Product Details

Rhodiola is an herb that grows in the cold, mountainous regions of Europe and Asia. Its root contains more than 140 active ingredients, the two most potent of which are rosavin and salidroside.

INGREDIENT: Organic Rhodiola Rosea Powder Extract

USE: 400mg (less than 1/4 tsp) in your pre-workout drink (1 hour before starting your workout) and use it only once/day

RECOMMENDATION:  we recommend to always start with a small quantity and slowly increase to see how your body is reacting and to give it time to adjust.

SERVINGS: Aprox. 30 servings

  • 1/4 tsp rhodiola rosea extract
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon of pine pollen
  • 1 pinch of maca
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions: Infuse your rhodiola extract, pine pollen, maca in a cup of boiling water, then add the honey and lemon. Drink this tea 1 hour before workout!
